XINOMER XMD compounds and masterbatches ensure optimal stiffness, impact strength and durability of the end-product through modification of your material, enabling you to convert to ecological solutions.
We offer reinforced and modified materials as designed compound, or as masterbatch.
Our products are based on engineering plastics (PA, PET, PC) or standard polymers (PE, PP, PC), modified with glass fibres, glass beads, or combined other additives, depending on the desired properties. Specific attention is giving to processability of the materials in for instance Injection Moulding or Profile Extrusion, as modification will influence the behavior.
Our products facilitate the replacement of virgin material by recycled sources, without having to redesign your product dimensions, properties, or existing injection moulds.
Regarding designed XINOMER XMD compounds, you will benefit from our know-how and access to specific high quality raw material streams for a range of polymers, either virgin, PCR, or PIR.
XINOMER XMD modification masterbatches give you the flexibility to modify fluctuating raw material properties in-process, as might be beneficial with the use of recycled materials.
Using recycled materials as carrier material, the percentage of recycled raw material in your end- product will not decrease – an important point to fulfil the regulatory criteria and optimise cost- effectiveness.
